This week has been absolutely wild in the best possible way. We’ve been running nonstop since Monday, working around the clock to get everything ready, keep up with demand, and make sure we’re putting out the best food we possibly can. And boy… are we EXHAUSTED.

To give you an idea, I personally haven’t even seen my toddler all week because he’s been having sleepovers at Grandma and Grandpa’s while we’ve been living at the restaurant. 😅 And I know I’m not the only one. Our team has been pulling open-to-close shifts, working incredibly hard, and sacrificing time with their families to help make this opening happen.

So we’ve made the decision to take a break today (Sunday).

Not because we don’t want to be here, but because we need a day to catch our breath, catch up on prep, get some sleep, spend a little time with our families, and come back ready to keep doing this all over again.

(Don't worry, we STILL have to come in today and prep for Monday, but it'll be an "easier" day being closed 😅😳)

Thank you for your patience this week. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for being so awesome!!

Opening a restaurant—even when you’ve “done this before”—is never easy. But you all have made it exciting, rewarding, and completely worth it.
